Doron Rotem - CEO

With an education of B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc at Electronics Engineering Doron has accumulated experience at a Executive positions at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) for more than 30 years.

Leading Business management with major companies around the world, Managing people and money and leading procurement processes in high complexity/high money organizations.

At public positions Doron serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Israeli Purchasing & Logistic Managers Association and a member of the International organization IPLMA.

Doron spent several years at the U.S as a marketing director for advanced space and defense products. He also served as a board director in two start-up companies in Israel and in the U.S.

For the last ten years, as the owner and CEO of Ofek International Aerospace, Doron led business in the area of aviation and defense field internationally, including India and the U.S.

Currently Ofek was re-named and focuses at inspiring and support of start-up companies, both financially and technically, to move over the first steps of developing a new technical challenges

Oded Rotem - CTO

Seasoned researcher and engineer in the fields of computer vision, deep learning and electro-optics. With an education of B.Sc. in Physics and an M.Sc. in Electro-Optical materials from TAU and BGU., Oded has accumulated experience at Applied Materials as a an Algorithms & Optics Technical leader.

Currently a PhD candidate in AI computer vision and deep learning. Oded research includes developing deep learning vision-based models for high resolution spatial biomedical microscopy data, Interpretable representation learning via generative AI and disentanglement, Supervised and generative models: Prediction, Object detection and Semantic segmentation.

Oded experienced Hands on as well as leading others in end to end R&D of advanced multi-disciplinary developments and system capabilities, R&D environment, algorithm development (python / MATLAB) and Product management. Generative models, segmentation, object detection and classification.

Oded leads the Smart technology interest of the company, and provide consultation and support for our sponsored Start- up companies.
